Experience
-
As Principal Designer at Clover, I work across the end-to-end merchant experience, driving improvements to the purchase journey for prospects and helping enhance the dashboard experience for current merchants. I work across teams and levels, collaborating with design and cross-functional peers as well as senior leadership.
-
During my first five years in LA, I worked as a freelance UX and product design director. I worked with agencies such as AKQA, R/GA, B-Reel, and Deutsch LA on client projects from Sony, Nike, Facebook, Google, and more. I also worked on in-house projects directly with companies including Curaleaf and Headspace.
-
At Publicis New York, I grew and led a team of 10 UX designers across more than 15 client portfolios and 30 brands, such as Citi, Proctor & Gamble, and Garnier. In addition to mentoring and helping elevate the UX team's work, I also worked directly on pitches and high-profile projects, and collaborated with executive leadership on digital strategies and integrated agency working models.
-
Working as a strategist at a digital consultancy, I combined my UX expertise with research, marketing, and consumer insights to advise clients on opportunities across web and social media platforms.
-
At AKQA New York, I led the UX work for website, mobile, and social platforms for clients such as Celebrity Cruises, Smirnoff, and Tylenol. I worked on projects from strategic concepting to information architecture and content strategy, through wireframes and UX specifications.
-
As the digital agency's sole UX designer, I oversaw the IA and experience design for multiple marketing microsites, brand websites, email and online ad campaigns for clients including Puma, Virgin Mobile, and MINI.
-
I got my start working as a digital copywriter, learning how to speak to user needs and bridge the gap between brand and user in advertising, email, and websites.
-
In college, I studied how the built environment impacts people and culture. My coursework spanned sociology, media studies, studio art, art history, and urban planning, providing an understanding of design's role in society. This laid the foundation for my interdisciplinary approach to product design and user experience.
